Parker District is a highly restricted planned residential community in the Town of St. Francisville featuring:

  • Environmentally sensitive design.
  • Protected natural wooded and open space areas.
  • A safe and innovative living environment.
  • A variety of architectural styles and housing types.

Lots 1-13 shall be guided by specific Architectural styles presented in the “Louisiana Speaks” pattern book to include: Louisiana Vernacular, Louisiana Victorian, and Louisiana Classical.

Lots 14 – 51 will consist of cottage homes and townhomes featuring unique architectural design codes including Louisiana Vernacular, Louisiana Classical and/or Modern, blended with architecture utilized in mountainside homes in the mountainous regions of the United States but adapted for the hillsides of St. Francisville Louisiana. These homes will feature innovative new “green” building materials alongside more traditional Louisiana building materials.

All lots will have 1000 Mbps fiber internet available with some lots having DEMCO power and some having Entergy power.  The subdivision has all underground utilities including water, gas, electricity, sewer and storm drainage.

Single-Family Rear-Load Lots include 13 lots numbered: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13.  

Cottage Lots include 21 total lots numbered: 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50.  

Townhome Lots include 16 total lots numbered: 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, 32, 40, 41, 42, 43.
